“Migration” can mean different things depending on who you ask. Here’s what a move to Microsoft 365 with us actually covers.
Moving your email
At its core, every option moves your mailboxes into Microsoft 365 from your current source — another Microsoft 365 account, Google Workspace, on-premise Exchange, IMAP/POP, or PST files. Where the source supports them, calendars and contacts come across too.
Setting up the tenant
Unless you’re already on Microsoft 365 and only need mailboxes moved (the Email only option), setting up your Microsoft 365 tenant is part of the work: getting your account, domain and users ready so email flows to the right place. This is included in Email + setup and Email + full setup.
Per-user configuration
The Email + full setup option goes further, handling more of the per-user setup so people sit down to a configured, working environment.
Licensing (optional)
If you need Microsoft 365 licenses, add Business Basic, Standard or Premium per user, or bring your own. See Business Basic, Standard or Premium?
What’s priced how
The migration is a one-time cost (per mailbox or per user, by option) plus a one-time setup fee; licenses, if you take them, are ongoing per user. The configurator itemises all of it before you buy. Questions about scope? Talk to our team.
